When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We will process and deliver the products/your orders within 2 - 7 business days. All order that were received before 3.00 pm on a business day, will be process on that day. All order that were received after 3.00 pm, will be process on the next business day. Our working/business days are from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. And on Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. We are closed on Sunday and National Public Holidays and The State of Selangor's Public Holidays.
Our website / online store are open for purchase 24 hours everyday.
We will deliver your orders using Ninja Van courier service, and/or Pos Laju Malaysia courier service. Delivery using theses services usually is taking 2 - 5 days to be delivered to your doorsteps.
In case of products was not delivered by the Courier service providers, we will re-arrange the delivery within 7 working days of 'return to sender' has been implemented by the courier service provider.
Return & Refund Policy
For any damaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: undamaged products
